“Each Mikosa Magazine consists 10 artists and each artist gets four A4 pages, all done black on white. The magazine runs on a maximum of 500 pieces, but in fact we only print 250 of them. But not only the artist designs stays handmade, every other part oft he magazine should be done as much by hand as possible. Starting from the cutting and folding of the karton covers, through the usage of stamps to the individual painting of each copy and the final binding of them with a small rope.”
